This Adult Day Center reflects the warmth, care, and hospitality that my father, Abner Rufus White, Sr., embodied throughout his life. He had a unique gift for making everyone who crossed his threshold feel like family—comfortable, valued, and at home.
In his honor, we have created a space where our guests can experience that same sense of belonging—a "home away from home." Just as he welcomed others with open arms and a kind heart, we are dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive environment where every individual feels cherished and respected.
This center stands as a living tribute to his legacy of love and compassion. We are proud to continue his tradition of making every guest feel truly at home.
Our Story and Mission
The inspiration for A.R.W. Adult Day Center came from our founder's personal journey caring for her father. Experiencing caregiver burnout firsthand, she recognized the need for facilities that support both seniors and their caregivers. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors with limited mobility, giving them opportunities to socialize, engage in enriching activities, and maintain their independence.
